Kanpai Sushi brings all-you-can-eat sushi to Fort Wayne

Kanpai Sushi celebrated its grand opening this week with a ribbon cutting. As the only all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant in Fort Wayne, visitors can expect authentic, fresh sushi and a selection of soups, salads, appetizers, desserts and entrees. 

“We’re thrilled to bring Kanpai Sushi to Fort Wayne and share our passion for Japanese cuisine with the local community,” says Kelley Huang, the restaurant’s manager. “Our mission is to provide more than just a meal—we want every visit to be a memorable experience.”

Everything at Kanpai is made to order and brought to the table, which Huang says sets them apart from other all-you-can-eat restaurants and provides more of a fine dining experience.

The restaurant opened in late December and has seen a steady stream of customers since then. Huang reports customers have provided overwhelmingly positive feedback about their dining experiences and menu options.

“When I say all-you-can-eat sushi, it’s not only sushi,” she explains. “So if you don’t like sushi, you can try something different.”

The dining experience costs $16.99 for adults during lunch hours and $26.99 during dinner hours. Orders can also be placed for pick up online.

Kanpai Sushi is located at 4710 Coldwater Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825. They’re open from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
