Kelsey Foster is a Fort Wayne resident who packed her bags in February 2020 for a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail. She had been preparing for the journey for about two years, planning to be gone from March to September 2020, but the COVID-19 pandemic cut her journey short after only one month.
CreativeMornings Fort Wayne co-host (and Input Fort Wayne Managing Editor) Kara Hackett sits down Foster to talk about the experience, the lessons she learned along the way, and how we can all cope with changing circumstances as a part of the global pandemic.
