Pasjion is the supervisor at Atrium. Atrium is a project of Start Fort Wayne, a nonprofit organization that supports high-growth entrepreneurs in northeast Indiana. Pasjion moved to Fort Wayne in 2014 to attend IPFW and recently launched her own company. As an entrepreneur, she is an advocate for everything that Start Fort Wayne provides to the community. “Atrium is a great place. It gives people opportunities to connect with others that they wouldn’t have in their homes. It also offers unique events that are either facilitated or started by local entrepreneurs. People can not only be a part of a community but leverage their own business here. At Atrium, I see about 50 people each day in this space and the demographic is mainly age 20 to 30, but is open to everyone. Atrium has grown tremendously. The space here is open and allows people to find resources easily. What better place to have something like this than downtown Fort Wayne? This place offers something to the creatives and to the up-and-coming entrepreneurs right here in downtown so that everyone doesn’t have to work from Starbucks. Atrium is very entrepreneur-driven. If it offers the environment and resources to succeed that just shows who this company really is. The goal is to push people to succeed so that they can outgrow the space. It’s all about bringing people in, setting them up for success, and sending them off. Atrium is always here for them and loves to have them at events, but the true desire is to see the entrepreneur community in northeast Indiana succeed and grow." #PeopleofNEI
